A small hill in the Port of Andratx, the breath of the Port and the setting sun entering the sea are the initial geographical-physical conditions. The strategy to insert an architectonic object in this lanscape, knowing wich will create a new territory, that is going to be perceived both visually and intellectually led us to reveal the implicit artificial horizontality of the architectural object with the natural slope of the land. The building consists of 4 platform-podiums that make the house gravitate to the hill. The plant includes the typical second residence program (residence-refuge-rest), in which there isn't a specific center, but rather the program is distributed among the different platforms. The apilamiento of them creates the image of the building. The glass enclosure that runs through the platforms reflects that between the inside and the outside there is no distinction.
They try to establish pleasant living conditions in which to enjoy the outside climate and the views. In this way, it reflects that there are no distances between the natural world (mouth of the Port-sunset-sea-mountain) and the artificial world (house refuge of pleasure-rest).
